It would be very useful to have some basic annotation drawing tools for quickly annotate over map and share markups and notes to others. We currently need to make a screenshot and have to use another application to annotate before sharing to collaborators.

This has been possible indirectly for a long time. Just tap the “Print” button in Android and you can make sketches and “share” them.
