Rotate point objects and fill orientation

We are using Qfields to add new symbols on field. And rotation for those symbols is quite important. At the moment I only can add rotation as a numeric data in forms. If there would be an option in future to add this data graphically, that would be a big help for us.

Here is an example what something like that could potentially look like. This is how you set the direcrions tag (field) in the OpenStreetMap editor 'EveryDoor'.
You see the map and then can drag/rotate the arrow around to the right direction.
Alternatively I could image that being able to use the compass would also be helpful.
