Tilt-Compensation Framework

More and more external GNSS-Antennas support tilt compensation to greatly enhance data aquisition speed, but the feature lacks standardization. As this feature has to be added on a company/device level, QField needs a framework for adding different tilt compensation implementation. The Emlid RS3 for example uses a custom NMEA protocol to stream this information.

As a user of an RTK antenna without tilt compensation, it would also be helpful if QField could do the shared compentgation directly themselves! Smartphones or tablets have a built-in sensor that should work. Of course, the accuracy is not as good but in many cases it's better than nothing...
